Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. 2. The promotion will run from 00.01 (CET) on Saturday to 23.59 (CET) on Sunday (the "Promotional Period").
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old (19+ in Canada);
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their partycasino.es account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their partycasino.es account during the Promotional Period.

Mechanics:

1. To be eligible for this promotion, an Eligible Player must: 
   1. Opt-in to the promotion in the promotions section of their partycasino.es account.
   2. Place a real- money bet on All Casino Games (the "Selected Games") and
   3. Lose at least 10 € by playing the Selected Games during the Promotional Period;

   (together, the “Requirements”).

2. If the Requirements are satisfied, we shall credit the Eligible Player with 10% of the amount lost (the “Net Loss”).
3. The use of bonuses will not count towards calculation of Net Losses.
4. The Cashback amount will be credited after the promotion period ends, usually within the hour.
5. Once credited, the cashback amount will be instantly redeemable with no wagering required.
6. Eligible Players shall be credited a minimum of 1 € and a maximum of 100 € Cashback.
7. Eligible Players, who lose less than 10 € daily by playing the Selected Games, shall not be eligible for the promotion.

General:

1. We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
   
   1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning £100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £50 or less.
   2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
   3. Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.
2. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
3. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
4. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
